we connect to the body depending on the player or groups needs though: breath work, somatic work, foam rolling, band stretching, scraping, and nutrition/hydration guidance.

Individual-45 minutes
Single Session: $80
5 Sessions: $575 ($60/session)
10 sessions $1000 ($50/session)
Small group-45 minutes
2 players: $60 per player
3–4 players: $40 per player
5+ players: $30 per player
*team sessions and packages available upon request
